服务条款 - Terms of Service
1. 适用范围与条款接受 - Scope and Acceptance
By accessing or using this platform (the “UGO FRANCE”), users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and registered account holders.
访问或使用本平台（“UGO FRANCE”）即表示用户同意受本服务条款（“条款”）约束。如果您不接受本条款，则不得使用本平台。 本条款适用于所有用户，包括客户、访客和注册账户持有人。
2. 商业模式与服务 - Business Model and Services
The Platform operates as a third-party product resale and distribution intermediary. Products offered on the Platform are supplied by independent brand owners, manufacturers, and authorized distributors.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- The Company does not manufacture listed products.
- The Company facilitates marketing, order processing, and payment collection.
- Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only upon successful completion of payment and shipment confirmation.

3. 订单与支付 - Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supplier unavailability.
- Request additional verification for payment security purposes.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified.

Delivery services may be fulfilled either directly by Third-Party Partners.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to logistics constraints, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by external carriers or extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control.

5. 产品退换政策 - Returns and Refund Policy
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers benefit from a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
Returned products must:
- Be unused and undamaged;
- Remain in original packaging;
- Include proof of purchase;
Refunds will be processed within legally mandated time limits after return inspection.
Certain product categories may be exempt from withdrawal rights in accordance with applicable law.
